The Giant is a leading Supermarket chain in America. It was formerly known as The Giant Food Store. The company runs two different stores in the US, The Giant Store, and the Giant Heirloom market. (started in 2019) The company runs the TalkToGiant customer satisfaction survey for both these stores. Through the survey, it seeks your input on Giant Foods, its services, and your grocery shopping experience. Your feedback will improve the company’s services and improve your purchasing experience in the future.
There are two types of customer surveys being run by the company:
- The Giant Sweepstake
- The Giant Heirloom Market Sweepstakes
The goal of the Talk To Giant Foods survey is to improve Giant Foods’ customer experience. This is a drawing survey that started on April 1st, 2021, and will continue till June 30th 2021. There are a total of 3 entry periods, and there will be three drawing dates; the following table highlights the same:

TalkToGiant Survey Rewards

Depending on the survey you complete, you may win one of five $500 Gift Card s Giant Sweepstake Survey reward, or one $500 Gift card in case of Giant Heirloom Sweepstake reward, but only if you win the draw. If you win a $500 Gift Card, you can use it on the Giant stores.
TalkToGiantfoods Survey Rules & Guidelines
The procedure is very simple and easy to understand. Just follow the below steps and you will be eligible to win a $500 gift card.
Like every other feedback survey, you need to answer simple questions pertaining to your experience, the quality of products and the services of the Giant Store, and other aspects. Make sure you select your options and if you have any suggestions, fill the comment box at www.TalkToGiantfoods.com.
Read the survey rules below to understand the requirements.
- This survey is valid only within The United States of America, and you should be a legal resident of the country to enter the survey and the lucky draw.
- The survey will take less than 8 minutes.
- All you need to do is purchase something from the store and be eligible for the survey.
- Only consumers above 18 years of age are allowed to participate in the survey.
- The consumer should have sound knowledge of English or Spanish languages.
- The feedback must be completed within 14 days of the purchase post that the PIN on the receipt will be invalid.
- If you lose or misplace your receipt, the company is not responsible for it neither a duplicate copy will be issued.
- The applicant cannot transfer the reward to any other person.
- Family members of the employees cannot take the feedback survey. No employees, including the directors or managers, are allowed to take the survey. Even if you are affiliated with Giant foods as a distributor, advertising agency, dealer etc. cannot participate in the survey.
- One applicant is allowed to take part in the survey five times a month.
- Make sure that you have a seamless running internet connection before filling the form.
While the rest of the rules for the Giant Sweepstake survey and Giant Heirloom Sweepstake survey remains the same, there some additional rules for each of these which are enumerated below:

Giant Food Survey Instructions
- To take the survey, visit the website www.TalkToGiant.com.
- First choose the language between English or Spanish.
- Your receipt will have a 20-digit PIN printed towards the bottom. You need to enter the pin and select Next.
- The next page will display survey questions related to overall happiness, experience, employee behavior, the likelihood of referring the store to others and similar factors, etc. Answer them and keep clicking Next.
- Once you have answered the survey questions, you will be asked to fill in an entry form for sweepstakes.
- Choose Yes to confirm your entry in sweepstakes and click Next.
- Now submit your personal information carefully.
- Now you will be an entrant for sweepstakes to win the gift card.
- Sweepstakes Administrator will then announce the winner. You will need to wait until then.
Steps for Offline Survey
To enter the survey without purchase, you can take the offline survey. The process is defined below:
- Now for the offline method, you do not need to purchase from Giant food stores or Giant Heirloom Market. All you have to do is send them a handwritten 3”x5” card with the following details mentioned on it:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your legal address
- Your contact details
- Your date of birth
- Once all the details have been carefully written, send your entry to the valid address before the expiry of the “Entry Period”.
- You cannot send multiple entries.
